Wireless has always received low marks for customer service and consumer friendliness. The phones can be complicated. The rate plans are complex. • Wireless On Wheels (WOW). We come to you at your home, work or any remote location. No going into busy stores, taking a number, traveling into town or across town and being rushed through a sales process. And, our focus is service then sales. And we keep you working with minimal interruptions.
• We "wow" our customers. Every client gets a deep review and analysis of their current bill, rate plans, features, equipment, etc. to ensure they have everything they need for the best experience and nothing they don't need. Once we establish a relationship we become their personal watchdog for their account, handling new lines, upgrades and money-saving recommendations. We're their "wireless" advocate.
• Customers come first Not just talk, we do it.
• We keep it simple. We put it all in layman's terms, language and explanations that every customer understands, not just the customers who are experienced wireless users.
